Valuations are used by property managers to aid decisions on property issues and arrive at recommendations.

Having 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, HANOISTAY recognises the urgent need for provision of professional advice to property owners in Hanoi. Nearly 80% of Vietnam’s houses and villas were built during the French regime, as evidenced by their structure and designs. With the implementation of the “Open-door Policy” in Vietnam, most property owners hastily renovated and repaired their houses, sadly without much consideration for the value and standards required of modern housing. HANOISTAY was thus prompted into the business of consulting and late into property management. The company built and is managing serviced apartments, villas and many private houses. The Lakeview Apartment, for instance, with their first class Internationl Standard facilities and servive, have never experienced a vacancy since they were built in 1998.
