DESCRIPTION: The Green Bamboo is an old French building of the past that was converted to a hotel in order to cater to the needs of tourists visiting Sa Pa. The hotel is located in the heart of Sa Pa Town, 150m from the Market and 500m from the Post Office. All rooms afford guests great views of the Muong River Valley and Fansipan Mountain Range, especially the Fansipan Peak (3143 m above sea level). It is the highest mountain peak in Vietnam and Indochina, with a really romantic view. The Green Bamboo Hotel has a unique bar on the ground floor of an old French building, the only real bar in all of Sa Pa.  The hotel will close for RE-BUILDING from 01 Sep 2005. RESTAURANT AND OTHER SERVICES: Restaurant: The 250 seat restaurant serves high quality Western and genuine Vietnamese specialties. You can also look forward to great views of the Muong Hoa Valley and imposing Fan Si Pan Mountain.  Bar & Music: Live music & dance show by ethnic minority people living in Sa Pa such as H'Mong, Red Zao, Xa Pho and Day.
